TD Cowen analyst Oliver Chen raised the price target on Costco Wholesale (NASDAQ: COST) to $1,175.00 (from $1,100.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "COST remains a top 3 idea in our coverage as we believe consistent +5-6% traffic yielding +6-8% comp momentum can continue, especially given low price leadership (eggs, dairy, and butter), strong Kirkland preferences (~30% mix), highly trusted non-food deals (~25% mix), and margin accretive & loyalty centric digital enhancements (CostcoNext Marketplace, retail media, Costco Logistics delivers, personalization, membership scanners, buy now pay later, on-app inventory availability, etc.)."
