Stifel analyst W. Andrew Carter raised the price target on Leslie's (NASDAQ: LESL) to $0.57 (from $0.55) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "We provide our updated model following F2Q25 earnings, continuing with our Hold rating with a Target Price of $0.57. Though our outlook remains in-tact with FY25E EBITDA at the low end of guidance, we approach our outlook with incremental caution. LESL maintained FY25 guidance, but F2Q25 performance trailed our estimate with F2Q25 revenue below the range outlined in February with EBITDA at the low end of the guidance. Moreover, LESL offered 70% of F3Q25 volume is ahead of the company in response to confidence around maintaining FY25 guidance range. We believe the shares are likely to remain volatile with Friday’s modest outperformance (LESL +4.7%, S&P 500 flat) a consequence of inefficiencies currently plaguing the shares with limited investor attention and market capitalization currently representing 16% of enterprise value."
