UBS analyst Danielle Antalffy raised the price target on Stryker (NYSE: SYK) to $421.00 (from $405.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "SYK delivered both sales and EPS beats and guided ahead of consensus on organic sales growth for 2025 (now guiding 8.5% - 9.5% organic y/y vs 8% - 9% previously), and adjusted EPS guide to $13.20 - $13.45 (noting they would have raised without tariffs). Management did highlight that it is still the early stages of product launches (Mako Spine 2H25 and Mako Shoulder 1Q26), and with other new products now gaining traction (namely Mako, LikePak, Pangea, and Artix), we do believe that SYK is well suited to sustain its sales growth. With procedure volumes remaining healthy (and most being non-elective in nature), the pricing environment turning positive, and capital expenditures not showing any signs of a slowdown, SYK remains one of the higher quality growth stocks in MedTech. But with shares still trading at a premium today, we reiterate our Neutral rating as we need more conviction in SYK's ability to drive the margin upside given the increasing uncertainties today."
