NASDAQ (NDAQ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.27; 1.5% Yield

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
