Citizens JMP analyst Patrick Walravens reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $124.00 price target on Docusign Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU).
The analyst commented, “We continue to view DocuSign as an excellent opportunity for long-term capital appreciation for a number of reasons, including: 1) DocuSign has the dominant e-signature franchise, with an incredible 1.7M customers; 2) it has a compelling opportunity with IAM to automate agreement processes, which represents a low-single digit percentage of the total subscription book of business today but is expected to reach double-digits by the end of FY26 as “demand continues to exceed... expectations”; 3) the company addresses a large $50B TAM, with $25B from e-signature and $25B from contract lifecycle management; 4) the core business continues to improve as evidenced by NRR ticking up again to 101% in F4Q, from 100% last quarter, and now nicely off the low of 98% one year ago; and 5) we like the thoughtful leadership of Allan Thygesen, COO Anwar Akram, CFO Blake Grayson, CRO Paula Hansen, and Head of Investor Relations Matt Sonefeldt.”
