Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (NASDAQ: ILPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, or $0.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on April 22, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of April 21, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
