Watsco (WSO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $3.00; 2.4% Yield

Watsco (NYSE: WSO) declared a quarterly dividend of $3.00 per share, or $12 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $2.70.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2025, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of April 14, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
