Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh reiterated a Neutral rating and $50.00 price target on Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI).
The analyst commented: "SMCI completed its 10-K/10-Q filings and regained compliance at NASDAQ. We would note: 1) SMCI avoids delisting but still needs some work on internal controls, 2) C2025/26E outlook positive with NVDA (Outperform, $175PT) liquid cooling NVL72+ racks, and 3) liquid cooling ramping to 30% over NTM with Blackwell deployments. Reinstate at Neutral, adjust Ests/PT to $50. We believe overall SMCI remains well positioned with priority allocation for Enterprise/sovereign NVL72+ racks in C25E, though reflected in current valuations, but also a more competitive landscape with peers DELL, Wistron."
