BMO Capital analyst Evan David Seigerman reiterated an Outperform rating and $1,010.00 price target on Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY).
The analyst commented: "Lilly's self pay program is expanded with a new offering of 7.5mg and 10mg single-use vials through LillyDirect. 2.5mg and 5mg single-use vials have also been reduced to $349 and $499 per month through the self pay system, potentially further incentivizing demand for cash pay patients without significant insurance coverage. We view today's decision to expand the self pay offering as a mild positive for LLY shares as we expect the company will continue to be able to realize higher net revenue per script for cash pay patients using LillyDirect."
