Global Ship Lease (NYSE: GSL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 6, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 24, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2025.
