Urban Edge Properties (UE) Tops Q4 EPS by 19c, provides guidance

Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.37 million versus the consensus estimate of $108.44 million.

GUIDANCE:

Urban Edge Properties sees Q1 2025 EPS of $0.32-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0.65.

FFO of $1.36 to $1.41 per diluted share, and FFO as Adjusted of $1.37 to $1.42 per diluted share. Below is a summary of the underlying assumptions and a reconciliation of the range of estimated earnings, FFO and FFO as Adjusted per diluted share.

The Company\'s full year outlook is based on the following assumptions:

Same-property NOI growth, including properties in redevelopment, of 3.0% to 4.0%.
Recurring G&A expenses ranging from $35 million to $37 million.
Interest and debt expense ranging from $78.5 million to $80.5 million.
Excludes items that impact FFO comparability, including gains and/or losses on extinguishment of debt, transaction, severance, litigation, or any one-time items outside of the ordinary course of business.
