Evercore (NYSE: EVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 14, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
