RBC Capital analyst Craig Wong-Pan raised the price target on ResMed (NYSE: RMD) to $247.00 (from $238.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Another quarter of good operational performance; RMD reported a solid 2Q25 result with double-digit revenue growth in the sleep segments and strong double-digit EBIT and EPS growth. While gross margin and SaaS growth were slightly below market expectations, we consider these small detractors from an otherwise solid result. We increase our forecasts, which raises our price target to $247 (from $238), but we maintain our Sector Perform rating, as we believe the positive outlook is already reflected in the share price."
