UBS analyst Mauricio Serna reiterated a Buy rating and $220.00 price target on Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE: ANF).
The analyst said, "Feedback has been mixed post the upgrade, with some investors noting they remain positive on ANF's LT growth potential while others showing concerns about Abercrombie brand's ability to comp the comp in FY25. While investors have noted valuation looks appealing at 10.9x FY2 P/E (9.3x excl. cash), near-term uncertainty has kept many on the sidelines. Our view is ANF's brands have strengthened their position in Specialty Retail and their fundamentals remain healthy. We forecast a 20% 5-yr. EPS CAGR and expect EPS beats over the NTM to catalyze the stock towards our $220 PT."
