First National Corporation (NASDAQ: FXNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share, or $0.62 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on December 13, 2024, to stockholders of record on November 29, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2024.
