TD Cowen analyst Ryan Langston upgraded Universal Health Services (NYSE: UHS) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $283.00 (from $220.00).
The analyst comments "We are upgrading UHS from Hold to Buy, in conjunction with our State Directed Payment Ahead of The Curve. UHS EBITDA consensus estimates over the next 3-12 months may move +15-20% higher, and potentially higher long-term as the acceleration of SDP expansion is more readily apparent. This tailwind carries EBITDA upside & multiple expansion. Our PT moves from $220 to $283."
