TD Cowen analyst Joshua Jennings reiterated a Buy rating and $75.00 price target on Procept BioRobotics Corp (NASDAQ: PRCT).
The analyst commented, "Earlier today, PRCT announced that it has received FDA clearance for its next-generation platform, the Hydros robotic system. The company plans to move Hydros to full market release within the current quarter and indicated that the system will be immediately available to hospitals across the US (see our details on the launch below). Hydros has AI-driven treatment planning – branded as FirstAssist AI – along with advanced image guidance, robotic resection and a streamlined workflow. FirstAssist AI is built from a library of real-world Aquablation cases and leverages the insights learned from more than 50,000 procedures. Hydros is designed to increase efficiency, improve surgeon and staff experience and deliver a more accurate and consistent treatment plan. This, in turn, should drive even better clinical outcomes and promote wider, "mass market" adoption of Aquablation, bringing the therapy to new surgeons who were not among Aquablation's earliest users."
