Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.5% to $1.41; 1.7% Yield

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.41 per share, or $5.64 annualized. This is an 8.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.30.

The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2024, to stockholders of record on July 22, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
