Dover Corp. (DOV) Tops Q1 EPS by 8c, Beats on Revenue; Offers FY24 Guidance

Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) reported Q1 EPS of $1.95, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.09 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.04 billion.

In 2024, Dover expects to generate GAAP EPS in the range of $10.78 to $10.93 (adjusted EPS of $9.00 to $9.15), based on full year revenue growth of 2% to 4% (1% to 3% on an organic basis). Full year GAAP EPS includes the gain on sale of De-Sta-Co.
