B.Riley analyst Anna Glaessgen raised the price target on Vista Outdoor (NYSE: VSTO) to $40.00 (from $35.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We initiate VSTO as our top pick, anchored by our confidence in new leadership and the opportunity for earnings momentum as the turnaround gains traction against a more stable backdrop. Plus, the sale of Kinetic presents an opportunity for incremental buyers. Conservative go-forward estimates (low single-digit sales growth, 10% adj. EBITDA margin by FY27, still a discount to peers), combined with a 10.5x EBITDA multiple, equates to an enterprise value ~80% above the current implied Revelyst EV (pro forma for the CSG deal). Catalysts on deck include: 5/8 F4Q EPS, 5/16 shareholder vote, and 5/29 Analyst Day. We raise our PT from $35 to $40, embedding 10.5x on our FY26 Revelyst EBITDA estimate, reiterate Buy."
