Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.965 per share, or $3.86 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.955.

The dividend will be payable on April 9, 2024, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.8 percent.
