PNM Resources (NYSE: PNM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3875 per share, or $1.55 annualized. This is a 5.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3675.

The dividend will be payable on February 16, 2024, to stockholders of record on February 2, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of February 1, 2024.
