The New York Times Co. (NYSE: NYT) reported Q3 EPS of $0.37, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $598.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $589.49 million.

Outlook:

• Digital-only subscription revenues increase 6 - 9%
• Total subscription revenues increase 2 - 5%
• Digital advertising revenues decrease low-single-digits to increase mid-single digits
• Total advertising revenues decrease mid-single-digits to increase low-single-digits
• Other revenue decrease low-single-digits to increase low-single-digits
• Adjusted operating costs flat to increase 2%
