Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share, or $5.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 11, 2024, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2023.
