Dollar General (DG) Misses Q2 EPS by 35c; Lowers Outlook

Dollar General (NYSE: DG) reported Q2 EPS of $2.13, $0.35 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.93 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Dollar General sees FY2024 EPS of $7.10-$8.30, versus the consensus of $10.01.
