McDonald's (MCD) Tops Q2 EPS by 39c; Comps Rise 11.7%

McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) reported Q2 EPS of $3.17, $0.39 better than the analyst estimate of $2.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.29 billion.

Global comparable sales increased 11.7% for the quarter, with double-digit growth across each segment
