M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on August 23, 2023, to stockholders of record on August 9, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
