Wells Fargo analyst Derek Archila reiterated an Equal Weight rating on Horizon Therapeutics (NASDAQ: HZNP) after Bloomberg News reported that the federal trade commission (FTC) is expected to bring a lawsuit to block AMGN-HZNP proposed merger.
"Our look at past instances of FTC lawsuits make us see risk to AMGN-HZNP deal. AMGN investors in general did not like this deal, so they might be indifferent. We see FV of AMGN without deal at $255/sh while HZNP could be $80-90/sh without this deal."
