Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.245 per share, or $0.98 annualized. This is an 11.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2023, to stockholders of record on April 28, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2023.
