Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.2550 per share, or $3.06 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2545.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2023, to stockholders of record on April 3, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 31, 2023.
