Chubb Corp. (CB) Declares $0.83 Quarterly Dividend; Board Will Recommend Dividend Increase

Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share, or $3.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

• Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) announced today that its Board of Directors will recommend to shareholders at the company's 2023 Annual General Meeting an increase in its quarterly dividend for the thirtieth consecutive year. The proposal calls for a $3.44 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $0.86 per share, compared to the current quarterly dividend amount of $0.83 per share.
