Mid-America Apartment (MAA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12% to $1.40; 3.4% Yield

Mid-America Apartment (NYSE: MAA) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share, or $5.6 annualized. This is a 12% increase from the prior dividend of $1.25.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2023, to stockholders of record on January 13, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of January 12, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
