Axis Capital (AXS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.3% to $0.44; $100M Buyback

Axis Capital (NYSE: AXS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43. The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2022. The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
