UiPath Inc. (NYSE: PATH) reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $262.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $245.39 million.

GUIDANCE:

UiPath Inc. sees Q4 2023 revenue of $277-279 million, versus the consensus of $275 million.

• ARR in the range of $1,174 million to $1,176 million as of January 31, 2023.
• Non-GAAP operating income of approximately $35 million.
