OneBeacon Insurance Group (OB) Misses Q3 EPS by 16c, Revenues Miss; Raises Guidance

OneBeacon Insurance Group (NASDAQ: OB) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.10), $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $229 million versus the consensus estimate of $267 million.

GUIDANCE:

• For the full year ended December 31, 2022, we are increasing guidance to:
• Adjusted EBITDA of at least $23.2 million

For the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2022, we expect:

• Ex-TAC gross profit of $57 million to $60 million
• Adjusted EBITDA of $4 million to $6 million
