Vertex (VERX) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c, Offers Guidance

Vertex (NASDAQ: VERX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.08, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $126.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.86 million.

GUIDANCE:

Vertex sees Q4 2022 revenue of $124-127 million, versus the consensus of $126 million.

• Revenues of $124 million to $127 million, representing growth of 11% to 14% from the fourth quarter of 2021; and
• Adjusted EBITDA of $15.4 million to $19.4 million, representing a decrease of $3.9 million from the fourth quarter of 2021 at the low end of the range.
