Calavo Growers (CVGW) Move to Quarterly Dividend, Declares $0.2875 Quarterly Dividend; 3.3% Yield

Calavo Growers (NASDAQ: CVGW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2875 per share, or $1.15 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2022, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of November 15, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.

“Our move to a quarterly dividend improves our financial flexibility and aligns with common practice,” said Steven Hollister, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “There has been no change in the amount of the dividend on an annualized basis.”
