Acnb Corp (ACNB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $0.28; 3.4% Yield

Acnb Corp (NASDAQ: ACNB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.

In addition, the ACNB Corporation Board of Directors approved a new plan to repurchase, in open market and privately negotiated transactions, up to 255,575, or approximately 3.0%, of the outstanding shares of the Corporation’s common stock. The amount and timing of any shares repurchased will be evaluated and determined based upon current market conditions and other factors, with no guarantee as to the exact number of shares that will be repurchased. The common stock repurchases are expected to be funded by using available capital. Further, this new common stock repurchase program replaces and supersedes any and all earlier announced repurchase plans.
