Nordson Corp. (NASDAQ: NDSN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized. This is a 27.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on September 6, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 23, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 22, 2022.
