Fastenal (FAST) Declares $0.31 Quarterly Dividend; Increases Buyback

Fastenal (NASDAQ: FAST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2022, to stockholders of record on July 27, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of July 26, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.

As of June 30, 2022, we had remaining authority to repurchase 2,200,000 shares under the July 11, 2017 authorization. On July 12, 2022, the board of directors authorized repurchases by the company of up to an additional 8,000,000 shares of its common stock. These authorizations do not have an expiration date.
