John B. Sanfilippo & Son (NASDAQ: JBSS) declared a special dividend of $1.50 per share, and $0.75 regular annual dividend.

Both dividends will be payable on August 31, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of August 11, 2022.
