Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 12.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.195.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
