MGM Growth Properties (NYSE: MGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.525.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
