Vertex (VERX) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c; Offers 2022 Revenue Guidance

Vertex (NASDAQ: VERX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $111.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $109.2 million.

GUIDANCE:

Vertex sees FY2022 revenue of $479-483 million, versus the consensus of $474.6 million.
