Rand Capital Corp (RAND) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.15; 4.1% Yield

Rand Capital Corp (NASDAQ: RAND) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
