Eaton (NYSE: ETN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.81 per share, or $3.24 annualized. This is a 6.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.76.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 10, 2022.
