Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE: HR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3100 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3025.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
