NBT Bancorp (NASDAQ: NBTB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2022.
