Consolidated Edison (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.79 per share, or $3.16 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.775.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2022.
