Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance (NASDAQ: REFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 14, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.2 percent.
